If God Himself rested, then rest is not laziness — it's wisdom. Our culture glorifies being busy, but burnout is not a badge of honor. Sabbath is a commandment, not a suggestion.

Reflect

When did you last truly rest — no phone, no hustle, just stillness? Schedule that this week.

Prayer

Father, teach me to rest without guilt. Help me trust that You are at work even when I stop. Amen.
