What this site collects

This site collects information in only three places, and only when you choose to type something in. There is no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of visitors.

Prayer requests. The text of your request, and a display name if you choose to give one. The name is optional - leave it blank and the request is anonymous. A person at Church for Truckers reads every request before it appears publicly, and nothing appears unless they approve it.

Plan a Visit. Your name, one email address or phone number, and anything you write in the message. This is used so Church for Truckers can reply to you, and nothing else.

Staff accounts. People who manage this website sign in with an email address and password. This does not apply to visitors.

Giving - we do not collect payment information

Gifts are handled entirely by Tithe.ly on Tithe.ly's own website. Clicking Give takes you there.

Card numbers, bank details and billing addresses are never sent to this website, never pass through it, and are never stored by Church for Truckers or Kingdom Creatives LLC. What you give and how is governed by Tithe.ly's own privacy policy.

A limit worth knowing about prayer requests

A prayer request is stored with its text and optional display name and nothing else - no email address, no account, no identifier.

That is deliberate: it is what allows a request to be genuinely anonymous. It also means we cannot contact you about your request, and cannot find it on your behalf later. If you want a request removed, contact Church for Truckers at churchfortruckers@gmail.com and describe it well enough to be identified.

Who else handles this information

Supabase, which provides the database and staff sign-in, hosted in the United States. Vercel, which hosts and serves the website.

Both act as processors: they hold the data so the site can work, and do not use it for their own purposes.

Your information is not sold, and is not shared for advertising. It is not shared with other churches on the platform - each church can see only its own.

How long it is kept

Prayer requests and visit enquiries are kept until Church for Truckers deletes them. There is no automatic expiry, because a prayer request is not the kind of thing to discard on a timer.

Your choices

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Contact Church for Truckers at churchfortruckers@gmail.com, or info@kingdom-creatives.com if it concerns the platform rather than this church.

Depending on where you live you may have further rights under data protection law. We will honour them.

Children

This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted something, contact Church for Truckers and it will be removed.
