When you are exhausted — physically, emotionally, or spiritually — God offers supernatural strength. Not the strength to do everything on your own, but strength that comes from depending on Him. As you wait on the Lord, He renews you from the inside out.

Where are you most exhausted right now? What would it look like to depend on God's strength instead of your own?

Prayer

Lord, I am weary and weak. Renew my strength. Help me rest in You and trust that Your power is made perfect in my weakness. Amen.
