Holiness is not dreary and restrictive — it is splendid. The holiness of God is beautiful, majestic, awe-inspiring. Worshipping in the splendor of His holiness means meeting God as He actually is — not a domestic deity to manage, but a glorious King to behold.

When you worship, do you encounter the splendor of God's holiness, or a more domesticated version? What would richer encounter look like?

Prayer

Lord, I worship You in the splendor of Your holiness. Not my comfort zone — Your actual glory. Bring me into that encounter. Amen.
