The God Who RemembersGenesis 8:1
No. 315But God remembered Noah and all the wild animals and the livestock that were with him in the ark, and he sent a wind over the earth, and the waters receded.Genesis 8:1
God remembered Noah. In the middle of the flood, in the silence of forty days of rain and then weeks of water — God remembered. He had not forgotten. The receding of the waters was the answer to being remembered. Being remembered by God always precedes the breakthrough.
Reflect
Do you feel forgotten right now? God's memory of you always precedes the recession of the flood. Trust the timing.
Prayer
Lord, remember me. As You remembered Noah, remember my situation. I trust that the waters will recede. Amen.
