Before Jesus said "I am the light of the world" — John declared it in the prologue. The life that is in Christ is the light that illuminates every human being. He is not a light for some people — He is the light of all mankind. The whole world was meant to see by Him.

Who in your world is living in darkness that you could point toward the Light?

Jesus, You are the light of the world. Shine through me so others can find their way to You. Amen.
