Flaming arrows were designed to set fire to what they hit — panic, fear, doubt, lust, despair. The shield of faith doesn't just deflect them — it extinguishes them. Faith in God's character and promises puts out the fires the enemy tries to start.

What flaming arrow is currently hitting you hardest — fear, doubt, temptation? What truth of faith extinguishes it?
Prayer
Lord, I raise the shield of faith. Extinguish the flaming arrows aimed at my heart today. I trust who You are. Amen.
