Worry steals sleep. The anxious lie awake rehearsing problems they can't solve. But God gives sleep as a gift — to those He loves, to those who have learned to trust. Sleep is an act of surrender. Lying down is saying: I'm not in control. You are.

Reflect

Are you sleeping well? What does your sleep say about your level of trust in God?

Prayer

Lord, grant me sleep — the sleep of someone who trusts that You are watching while they rest. I give You my anxious nights. Amen.
