Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ.Ephesians 4:15

Truth without love is cruelty. Love without truth is flattery. Maturity holds both — caring enough to tell the truth and loving enough to do it with gentleness. The goal is always growth, not winning.

Reflect

Is there a truth you need to speak to someone that you've been avoiding? Or a truth you've been delivering without love?

Prayer

Lord, help me speak truth with love in every hard conversation. Give me both the courage and the gentleness to do it well. Amen.
