When you don't have words — when the pain is too deep, the grief too heavy, the confusion too thick — the Holy Spirit translates your heart to the Father in groans that language can't carry. You never have to have the right words. Just show up.

When is the last time you were in prayer and didn't know what to say? Did you know the Spirit was interceding even then?

Holy Spirit, intercede for me today in the places I don't have words. Carry what I cannot express to the Father. Amen.
