Three things. Not a long list of rules — just three. Justice, mercy, humility. Notice the order: you act justly toward others, you love mercy in how you treat people, and you walk humbly before God. This is the whole Christian life in one verse.

Which of the three — justice, mercy, or humility — is hardest for you right now? Why?

Prayer

God, make me just, merciful, and humble. Not just occasionally — as a way of life. Amen.
